Cocktail Party – TEEKANNE Style
Summer, sun, friends … what a better way to celebrate than with fresh cocktails! To help you give your selfmade cocktails a little twist we now present to you some cocktail ideas based on our TEEKANNE teas. We hope you enjoy!
Mango Mint Lassi
You Need:
- 6 Tea Bags TEEKANNE Peppermint
- 300 ml Water
- 4 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 Tin mango slices
- 4 Mint branches
- 250g yoghurt
- 6 Tablespoons Crushed Ice
How to Prepare:
Pour boiling water over the tea bags and brew for 8 minutes. Remove the tea bags, add the Honey and leave the tea to cool. Puree the mango slices, the mint branches, the yoghurt and the crushed ice with the tea. Fill it up into four long-drink glasses and serve immediately.
Green Tea Mojito (Contains Alcohol)
For One Serving You Need:
- 1 Tea Bag TEEKANNE Green Tea Classic-Mild
- Juice of ½ Lime
- 6 Large Mint Leaves
- 30 ml White Rum
How to Prepare:
Pour boiling water over the tea bag and brew for approx. 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and leave the tea to cool.
Squeeze out one half of a lime and pour the lime juice into a long-drink glass. Fill the glass with crushed-ice and add the mint. Crush it with a spoon and add green tea and rum. Mix the drink and garnish it with a mint leaf. Serve immediately.
